Thin Film Solar Cell Coatings

Ultrasonic spraying technology is regarded as an effective thin-film coating preparation process, which can be used for the preparation of various functional layers in thin-film solar cells, such as TCO coating (transparent conductive oxide); AR anti-reflection and anti-reflection film preparation; calcium Preparation of active layers such as titanium ore, quantum dots, buffer layers or organic layers; and spray preparation of transparent conductive film coatings such as CNTs (carbon nanotubes), silver nanowires, and graphene. In the preparation process of the thin-film solar cell functional layer, the ultrasonic spray head and the atomization device can accurately coat the precursor or suspension onto the surface of the substrate.

The cost of the ultrasonic atomization nozzle system is much less than that of CVD and sputtering equipment, which can reduce the cost per watt of manufacturing thin-film solar cells while still providing higher battery efficiency.

Application

• Active Layers: OPV, Perovskite, CIGS, CdTe, CZTS, DSC
• Quantum Dots
• Buffer and/or Organic Layers
• TCO Layers: ITO, ZnO (Doped with Ga, Al, In), CdO, SnO2
• CNTs/Silver Nanowires/Graphene
• Anti-Reflection (AR) Coatings

Features & Benefits

• Full range of ultrasonic nozzles
• Titanium alloy and stainless-steel construction, corrosion resistance
• Utilization> 95%
• Low diversion pressure can reduce waste of overcoating and air pollution
• Ultrasonic dispersion liquid system- keep the suspension evenly dispersed during spraying
• Spraying proton exchange membrane with high uniformity and good adhesion
• The particle diameter is optional which can more flexibly affect the through-hole property of the coating
• Heating plate, vacuum plate or combination of heating plate and vacuum plate
• Clean, precise spray patterns that are easily shaped for various applications.
• Highly controllable spray that produces reliable, consistent results.
• Non-clogging atomized spray that does not deviate.
