Product Description
Ultrasonic Spray Coating System Uses Ultrasonic High-Frequency Oscillation to atomize liquid into uniform micron-sized fruit particles. Compared with the traditional two-fluid nozzle, the patented ultrasonic nozzle can obtain more uniform, thinner and more controllable film spraying and spraying Pyrolysis, and not easy to plug nozzle.
As the ultrasonic nozzle only need a small amount of kilo-level air volume, the spraying process is almost no spatter, so the coating utilization rate as high as 95%, four times the two-fluid nozzle. The technology is being widely used in thin film solar cells, fuel cells, semiconductor photoresists, electronic sensors, PCB Huang Huang, non-woven functional coatings, glass coating and other nano and submicron film preparation.

High-frequency ultrasonic spray characteristics
