Blood Collection Tube Coating Atomizer

My client is looking to refurbish an existing production line with a new blood collection tube coating atomizer due to maintenance and reliability issues.

The distance between the tubes on their production line is 28mm.

My client operate on two tube sizes with inner diameter of 10mm and of 75mm and 100mm length.

The tubes are to be coated along entire length. To achieve this goal a conical tip configuration would be preferred.

My client is spraying EDTA and heparin solutions with water-alike viscosity as well as water-based BCA.

This Equipment is operated at cca 3600 pcs per hour on a 5-channel (parallel tube) system, full cycle time is therefore approx. 5 seconds.
