Cheersonic moved to a new factory, expanded production scale, improved laboratory configuration, improved laboratory registration, and added internal laboratory testing facilities.

The expansion of Cheersonic’s laboratory testing facility has been completed in November 2020. Recently purchased new equipment, including SEM microscopes, desiccants, coating thickness gauges, etc. for on-site analysis of coatings in the laboratory, in addition to increasing space, it also provides customers and visitors with better work process.

The newly installed equipment, especially the SEM microscope, enables Cheersonic to measure process variables through real-time on-site analysis of coatings that require very precise deposition characteristics, such as photoresist on MEMs, fuel cell coatings, medical implants​ ​Into equipment coating and other nano material coatings.
