Ultrasonic Medical Device Coating Machine. UAM6000 are fully-enclosed programmable 3-axis precision ultrasonic coating sysrems designed for spraying uniform thin films onto medical devices and implantables. Fully integrated with Cheersonic ultrasonic nozzles, spray pattern widths can be easily shaped to accomodate various size substrates, including those with complex geometries.

All four nozzles shown create precise, repeatable, controllable, low-volume atomized spray patterns and can be easily integrated with the UAM6000 Programmable Coating Systems. Most commonly used with a Cheersonic syringe pump for precision, low-flow applications.
