Ultrasonic Spray Drying

Spray drying is a method for the application of systematic technology to material drying. Spray drying is used in the food, drug, pigment and catalyst industry technology, or for the production of controlled dimensions of small particles, atomized solutions as spray introduction rooms.Ultrasonic nozzles can be used in spray drying systems. Cheersonic produces a series of sprayers for the manufacture of micron and sub-micron droplets, atomized the liquid into uniform droplets with a sprayer, and carries it through the stove through the carrier gas, where evaporation and solidification occur. Droplets are micron and sub-micron, narrow in distribution and can be used to produce high quality powders.
